Customer questions and delivered readings are private order content. Access is limited to the customer, assigned reader and operational access when necessary.

Every reading should show format, price, delivery target and what the customer receives before checkout.
Safety boundaries
Readers may not present readings as professional medical, legal or investment advice, guarantee high-stakes outcomes, use fear to pressure customers, or misrepresent AI output as a personal human reading.
Support & disputes
Customers can report delivery or content problems through MORROW. During the pilot, operational cases are reviewed manually.
